Client Independence
TradePoint Capital does not accept, hold, or manage any client funds. All financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals or strategy subscriptions, are conducted directly through a fully regulated third-party broker, which provides clients with secure 24/7 access to their accounts via a dedicated client portal. Clients are dealing directly with the broker while maintaining full control over their funds at all times and can withdraw or deposit in accordance with the broker’s t&c.
Regulated Broker
We collaborate with multiple fully regulated brokers to ensure that all trading activities occur within a compliant and transparent environment. TradePoint Capital does not offer investment advice, portfolio management, or accept clients directly or indirectly. If individuals wish to follow or replicate our trading strategies, they may choose to do so voluntarily while accepting the risks and all the neccesary documents through the broker’s independent copy trading platform, where our strategies may be listed.
Flexible, Non-Advisory Experience
Users who choose to copy our performance via the broker's platform may opt in or out at any time. There are no lock-in periods or contractual commitments with TradePoint Capital. Since we do not manage or control any client accounts and funds, users retain full flexibility to stop copying or adjust their allocations as they see fit.
Hands-Free Automation
All copy-trading activities are executed through automated systems provided by the broker, requiring no manual intervention from clients. The strategies operate within the broker’s license and infrastructure, and all execution, risk controls, and technical functionalities are handled by the broker.
Integrated Risk Settings
The built-in optional integrated stop-loss settings via the broker’s platform can help the clients pre-define a drawdown limit, and if that threshold is reached, the copy-trading connection is automatically terminated to limit further exposure. TradePoint Capital has no access to client accounts and cannot override these settings.
Performance-Linked Fee Structure
All the performance fees are calculated and distributed directly and only by the regulated broker, based on the returns generated while copying a strategy. These fees apply only when a profit is realized, aligning the strategy provider and users interests.
